Food that are good for your skin??

i hear carrots, fish, aloe vera, water, banana are good for you skin....

  3. carrots, fish, aloe, water, banana. take a vitamin b complex which contains a higher dose of beta carotene [found in carrots], also will have bioton and folic acid to help your hair skin and nails. you can also put coffee grounds on your skin, danon strawberry yogurt [gentle acid, minimizes pores]. Also tone your skin with ester c toner

    you should be able to find them at whole foods or wild oats if you can't find them at a regular grocery store. trust me they are both worth it
