  1. It is usually best to eat something before taking medicine

  2. Some medicines are very strong, and you might get a stomachache (and even worst, intoxicated) if you don't eat something else before getting it, so, the food and drinks can absorb part of it and help it become part of the system in a faster and more natural fashion.

Unless you have a headache (which paralyzes digestion), you should always eat or drink something before taking medication.

  3. Unless it is printed on your prescription, to take before or after meals, I guess anytime is OK to take your meds lol.

  4. Unless your fever is above 102, do not take medicine to lower the fever. The fever/elevated body temperature helps to eliminate what is making you ill. Lowering a fever can prolong the illness. Only take fever reducers when the fever is so high as to cause you to be VERY uncomfortable, usually above 102. Instead drink plenty of fluids and take warm (not hot or cold) baths.

  5. u should have ate something then taken the medicine

but if u just took the medicine then just fall asleep.
