I don't know all that much about nutrition when it comes to what foods have carbs and stuff like that and i need help. i have volleyball tryouts that are every night and for the first 4 days all we do is intense conditioning for about 2 hrs strait and all the girls told us freshman we need to eat lots of carbs to keep our energy level up. What foods have carbs in them besides pasta? It will help a lot if someone could tell me which foods i can eat that are full of carbs.
