  1. Yes if you let them get REALLY hungry they will eat anything. OR even better, if they are really picky they will cook themselves something to eat.

  2. Well, try fruit with a little bit of  honey or sweet fruit like strawberries. And broccolli, carrots, and celery with ranch dip or any dip of you're chocie there are alot of ways to make healthy food good try it out some time.

-Sorry If i could not help trying to do my best!

  3. I'm an extremely picky eater, so I've been there, done that.

For breakfast, it helps to eat cereals with more grain that are sweet. I love MultiGrain Cheerios! Also, whole wheat bread is a great alternative with some cream cheese you can barely taste the difference.

For lunch and dinner, it helps a ton to eat organic foods. Organic milk and organic eggs taste sooo much better. Also, eating food cooked at home as opposed to canned foods is great. Try making mac and cheese from scratch. Subway is a great alternative to eating fast food. And as for sweet cravings, frozen yogurt is the way to go! Hope I helped!

  4. Spaghetti with a little bit of spice on it is good, like garlic. I know I love that. Food Network.com always has really good recipies for every course!!

  5. sparkteens.com   advice on menus for picky teenagers....menu plans and other parents who feel your pain....:) good luck

  6. Hmm, Tacos, Wraps, Subs.

Depening what you put in them, they can be considered healthy and taste good.

    They can contain:

    meat - good protein

    cheese - calcium

vegtables - such as: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers

hmm, also add some sort of dressing, maybe some ranch or italian dressing.

    this is making me hungry.

    well, best of luck.

  7. Noodles with Tomato Sauce

    Grilled chicken on a bun

    Fruit

    Chips and Cheese

    Hope this helps :)

  8. you cann;

1)make fruit salad & top it off with condensed milk.

2)salad: lettuce/tomatoes/crutons/hard boiled egg/carrots. & top it off with your favorite dressing.

3)buyy a can of mixed nuts [if you arent allergic]

    (:

  9. I'm a teenager and sorta picky. I really like to make milkshakes/smoothies on my own. So I can add the things that I like and that I think are healthy. Milk, berries, sometimes ice-cream. And it's fun to make them with friends and stuff also.

My mom went on Atkins and she found some AMAZING chicken recipies. full of protein and almost no fat!

  10. Blend up vegetables with tomato sauce, add lots of cheese and serve it on pizza!

  11. El Pollo Loco!  The pollo Bowl with fresh brocolli, what a taste sensation!!

  12. Personally, I like eating meat and depending on what the meat is I usually eat it with rice or mashed potatoes. I would defiantly look up some meals and ask them what they think sounds good.

  13. Fruit Smoothies never fail.  Strawberries, pineapples, bananas, kiwis, etc.

  14. you wont fail with scrambled eggs,

simple pasta with a tomato sauce,

a toasted sandwich with ham & cheese,

    even a steak

hope that helps that worked for me when i was a teenager

  15. i am probably the pickiest eater you will meet. but i love grilled chicken. and i hear that's healthy. and for vitamins i drink ensure. its delish.

  17. umm. i'm only going to be a teenager for a couple months but here goes...

when i was in wrestling i din't eat alot but when i could snack,

rise cakes were great give you somthing to chew and only 50 calories.

raw veggies depending on the person

Fruits are good: peaches grapes oranges

Grapefruit with a bit of sugar or peeled with all of the membrane gone leaving just the juice sacks is really good and actually speeds up metabolism.

Juice instead of soda and extra ice helps because it gives you somthing to chew and fills your stomach.

same for water, a lot of water before eating takes up space and fills you up quicker.

I have heard recently that fake sugars cause you to eat more and i would not doubt it, because the body uses actual sugar intake to regulate hunger.

(i am not a nutritionist though)

coffee is good too if your kid will drink it not necessarily the best for growing children i have heard but it does alleviate hunger and gives energy with low calories, same goes for tea

there are other things i used to prevent hunger and lose weight but unless you want to start little Timmy on nic-o-teen patches or dip, I'd stick to healthy eats.

    most importantly exercise;

sports are great and if your teens are no good at catching shooting throwing then try wrestling, that was the case for me and it got me in the best shape of my life

    hope that was helpful

    peace
