I was doing some research on the internet and found out that McDonalds french fries are made with an "animal product"!! I also know the everything from gum to jello use animal byproducts. Does anyone know of any other foods that, although it may not be well known, have animal products in them?

  4. A lot of refined sugar uses animal bone char in the refining process. The best thing to do is contact companies and ask them directly.

This is a good book to buy. It shows all the ingredients that may or may not contain animal products.
