Question:

Foods high in folic acid?

I'm getting into my child bearing years and i've heard taking folic acid is good for yah! :)

However I hate taking pills and would much rather eat some foods with folic acid in them..

Anyone know of any?

  1. Leafy green vegetables (like spinach and turnip greens), fruits (like citrus fruits and juices), and dried beans and peas are all natural sources of folic acid.


  2. Hate taking pills ? geez, well I hate paying bills, so I guess I just wont do that anymore.

    I say, get over it. Do some EFT tapping on "taking pills" and then you will be in control.  So then you can effortlessly take the pills and you wont give into the silliness that your primitive brain has manipulated you into.
