    only problem with fish is most of the time people bread it.

    get your self a nice cut of salmon. high in protien, low in (bad) fat, high in omega 3 and other good fats. Also, Men's Health Magazine puts salmon in the Best 20 foods for you, i dont remember the rank, that issue was like 1 year ago, but i believe it was top 5.

  4. Tuna fish has 0.5 grams of fat per serving (about a gram and a half to two grams per can).  Deli turkey, chicken, ham, roast beef all are fairly low.  Grilled/baked chicken (w/o skin) and most any fish.  Have you heard of a cereal called GoLean by Kashi?  It's very high for cereal, plus it's whole grain with a lot of fiber.
