Foods high in protien and iron!?

I need protien to make my hair grow fast, and im iron deficiant and have been my whle ife and get weak if i dont have iron everyday. So i need some foods with iron, some foods with protien and some foods with both!pleez

  1. Steak and green leafy veggies, spinach, silver-beet, savoy cabbage.

    Oysters and other sea-foods.

    Red meat

    Green leafy vegetables

    Protein:

    chicken

    turkey

    ham

    eggs

    peanut butter

    nuts

    beans

    tofu

    hummus

    yogurt

    soy

    Both:

    Steak!
