Foods that are proven natural anti-inflammitories. Does anyone have a list please?

    Dr. Lucy Yu at the University of Maryland has been studying the anti-inflammatory properties of natural foods for years.  Her research is a big part of the products that Immuno-Viva sells.  These are blends of all-natural seed oils - no chemicals, no fillers, not even water.  Their website has a research library with links to a ton of third party research on their ingredients.  Definitely worth the read.  Google Dr. Lucy Yu for more info on her work.
