i need to get more thiamine in my diet!

You need to eat enriched whole grain products, bread and bread products, pork, some fish, and cereals.   Look on the side of cereal boxes, most of them have between 25 to 40% per bowl.  Florida Pompano fish is the only fish with thiamine. Cured ham and pork tenderloin are good sources. So are wheat germ, pine nuts, and split peas. 2 slices of whole grain Mrs. Bairds bread has 15%.
