  1. EDIT  I ADDED MORE BELOW PLEASE REREAD

cayenne does wonders and the herb hawthorne is heart specific.

The book food your miracle medicine by Jean Carper lists the foods the help the heart..I think fish was one...she also lists associated things like for cholesterol, to thin the blood, decrease high blood pressure as well (plus a lot more..it is a great book based on 10,000 medical studies)

I looked up some of these foods i the above book for you.

Foods that can save arteries and prevent heart disease are seafood (fatty cold water fish like mackerel, salmon, sardines, herring are best sources of the healing omega three fatty acids), fruits, vegetables. nuts and grains, legumes. onions, garlic, live oil, foods high in vit c and e and beta carotene

food that can damage arteries and heart are meat and dairy foods high in saturated fats/excessive alcohol

the number one advice (in addition to cayenne) are eat more fatty fish at least an ounce a day or a fish serving 2-3 times a week

heavy on garlic, onions and other produce for plenty of antioxidants and anticoagulants to protect from logging arteries

shun high fat meats and dairy

use extra virgin olive oil and cold pressed canola oils

    restrict coffee

to help cholesterol beans/oats/apples/carrots/olive oil/avacados/almonds/walnuts/garlic/onio... high in soluable fiber

to discourage blood clots take;garlic/onions/hot peppers/black tree ear mushrooms/ginger/cloves/veggies/olive oil/seafood/tea/red wine in moderation

for high blood pressure celery/garlic/fatty fish/fruits/veggies/olive oil/ high calcium foods.high potassium foods number one is eat more veggies and fruits especially garlic and celery

    to prevent strokes

    produce seafood/green tea/ a little alcohol

definitely take cayenne, raw garlic, and hawthorne tincture (organic)

  2. oats, almonds, garlic, tomatoes, blueberries, cranberries

  3. I hear that oats are good for the heart and can also help reduce cholesterol.   Try to avoid products that contain lots of refined sugar or saturated/trans fats.  Cheerios, plain oatmeal, etc. are healthful choices.

  4. dark fruit like blue berries and darker the veg the better

  5. Salmon
