Me and my sister really want to watch the olympics live but they are shown here 2am-4.30pm. What foods will keep us awake?

  1. Anything with caffeine or guarana. Coke and energy drinks will do the trick.


  2. Protein will raise your energy level evenly, without a "crash" later.  Sugar and energy drinks will give you an immediate rise in energy, but later you will "crash" and feel more tired than before......

  3. Coffee, black tea, coke anything with caffeine in it!

  4. Apples, Chocolate, the darker the more caffeine!  Sometimes, Sugar.
