Foods with Essential Fatty Acids and Zinc ???

Hello I suffer from bad acne I believe its hormonal well since I've became It got a little worse, well anyways I feel that getting more zinc naturally would help because it wouldn't be as toxic as the pills what foods can I go for with zinc as well for essential Fatty acids I saw a liquid they made for it the brand was TOTAL EFA which looks safe bt it had evening primrose in it whch doesn't sound safe, did anybody take EFA liquid whie pregnant . Thanks

  2. Evening Primrose Oil is perfectly natural and very safe. There are millions of women world-wide that take it to help balance out their hormones. Zinc from capsules shouldn't be toxic... if it were, it couldn't be sold on the market.     Your best bet if you are pregnant would be to discuss with your Gynecologist if Zinc would help you and if Evening Primrose Oil would be a good option for you, or if it might push your hormone balance too far in the wrong way. What I mean is that any time you adjust your hormones naturally or otherwise, your body can respond in odd ways, including acne. In general, none of the things you've mentioned have any problems with pregnancy as long as you take them in the appropriate doses.
