yes, we only have 30 years of fossil fuel left, but whats more important we only have 10 to 15 years left before global warming kills 2/3 of the worlds population if we don't act now

It will be a good thing, because it will get everybody focused on renewable energy that will not harm the earth, and everywhere it will be cleaner. Oil is not needed for everything it is used for today, like cars.
