Foot Pads for Jet skis.. how to replace?

I need to replace the feet pads on a jet ski. Does anyone know the best way to remove the existing pads and glue?

They should just peel off once you get them started by prying up on the edges..  Do yourself a favor and get Hydro-Turf replacement pads: http://hydroturf.com/products.php?cat=PW...  they're the best on the market, and Hydro-turf and have a very good step by step guide in installing the new pads, as well as having everything you need to do the job.  Most people leave the sticky residue from the old pads on as a pattern, and just brush on a thin layer of new adhesive over it.
