Question:

Foot pain from running on inside of both feet?

When I've been running on my treadmill lately, I've been getting pretty intense pain on the inside of both feet. It's not the arch, it's the bone that kinda sticks out on the inside of the foot between the top of the arch and the bottom of the big toe. It comes and goes as I run. My shoes have about 200 miles on them. I've looked at a lot of the running sites and the symptoms dont seem to match what I get. Anyone know what it could be and what to do about it?

thanks,

-Eric

  1. Are your shoes too narrow in that part of the shoe?

    Bunions?

    Bruises?

It would be odd to have a foot condition in same place on both feet but you never know.

    See a podiatrist for sure.
