Football Gloves Lost their Stickyness?

My football gloves like most new ones were really good, and I felt like i could catch or run with anything. But now that they lost their stickyness, they are obviously less sticky so i was wondering if I could find something to put on it to make them sticky again. This would save me buying new gloves all the time.
