Football Help!!!!!!!!!!!?

I am really skinny but I'm tall. (I think I would get crushed.) Will I get crushed? If I was a Middle Schooler who weighed only 85 pounds, would it be bad if I signed up for football?

  3. no, go for it! how tall are you?  safety and wide receiver. those two positions are all about being fast and being tall helps too. you don't have to be a big tub of lard to play just find the position that suits you best.

  4. First thing you do is stop being afraid.

    You are playing against other middle school guys, so it's no big deal.

    If you start playing now you can get some good weight training that will bulk you up before you get to junior high and high school.

    You never know, you could be great at football.

    But you will never know unless you try.

  7. your 85lbs!? Try eating some protein shakes and bars gain some weight. I don't think I was ever 85lbs. Or gain some muscle body, you don't want to fly across the field and get hurt. Yes size means alot in football.

  9. no just work out i have a friend like that and he is great ....make sure you can catch= run fast=and dodge ppl

  13. Depends on how tough you are!! WR or safety are good positions. If you cab run and / or throw try QB, even if you sit the bench , give it a try so you don't ever regret not trying it! If you like it try lifting weights , not just in summer , but year round, and drink protien shakes as well, to bulk up! good luck!
