Football Keeper league - who to keep?

Question

I'm in a keeper league, deadline for locking them in is coming up quick. Looking for opinions on who to hold onto. 10 team league - Starting lineup = 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Def/Spec, 1 K, I'll be selecting 8th in the draft. I get to keep 3.

Here are my leading candidates for Keepers:

Peyton Manning

Ben Roethlisberger

Willis McGahee

Chad Johnson

Terrell Owens

Jason Witten

Also rans - if you have a reason for me to consider them over the above - by all means share it:

Edgerrin James

Thomas Jones

Dominic Rhodes

Derrick Mason

Chris Chambers

Yeah, i would have to agree with the others, although i do think McGahee will split a lot of time with Rice, i couldn't make a case for any other RB over him. Maybe Witten, but you need a top RB, so bite the bullet and go with WM.

without a doubt manning owens and mcgahee. Roethlisbergers stats wont be as good as last season. Owens is always good for 1000+ yards and 10+ tds at least. And McGahee is a good back who isnt sharing the backfield with anyone, and that is getting harder to find with more teams splitting carries between backs

I'd keep Manning, Owens and McGahee.  If anyone tries to convince you that any of the second list deserve to be kept, they are hiiiiiiiiigh.

You have no choice but to take Manning McGahee and Owens. Plus your gonna need to draft a RB with your next pick hopefully better than anyone you currently have on your team. Chad Johnson would usually be a consideration but you need to stay away this year with how he's acting with the team. Good Luck
