Football League. 2 girls. 16?

Me and my friend both want to find a football leauge to play in. We would prefer flag. Are there any girl leagues in the KS/MO (Kansas City) area?

Or when do flag football signups start? For the guy's league? Because I know they aren't allowed to discriminate against girls.
