  1. We usually run a warm up, around a 3-mile hard run then we do drills and scrimmage. In season the runs are shortened and we are expected to do more in drills to make up for it, but we still work hard on stamina all season.


  2. 20 push ups per 30 minutes, run around oval 2 times, tackling practice (15 min), have a game of footy (30 min) and last of all stretch

  3. Run mile. Do 50 push-ups. Run another mile. Do 50 more push-ups. stretch. practice plays and drills. run last mile. go home.

    PS off season is brutal
