Wesley Sneijder
Weslet Sniejder is a twenty six year old Dutch player and plays as an attacking midfielder. He has already won the Player of the Year award in Netherlands which is known as the John Crujiff award.
He is a product of the Ajax youth academy as he joined them back in 1991, when he was only seven years old and then made the Ajax first team debut in 2002. He then made a move to the Spanish giants, Real Madrid in 2007 and played for them for the next two years.
Then finally made the move to Internazionale in 2009, he actually won the Italian treble in the first season playing with Inter and they won the Serie A title, UEFA Champions league title and the Coppa Italia.
Snejider made the first team debut for the Netherlands national team in 2003 and from then has matured as a regular in the team; he has made seventy appearances for the national team and has scored nineteen goals for them.
He made the national team at the age of eighteen and he was a part of the 2006 and 2010 World Cups, and the 2004 and 2008 European Championships.
He won the Silver Ball and the Bronze boot for his performances in the World Cup this summer in South Africa.
Wesley Sneijder played an amazing season for internazionale in 2010 even though he was a reject from the ‘Los Blancos’, he performed at a phenomenal level right after joining his new Italian club.
He scored five goals in the World Cup this summer and had a leading hand in the Dutch’s move to the finals.
He is actually a candidate of the FIFA Ballon d’ Or Award with other players like Xavi, Iniesta and Lionel Messi.
His accurate passes and immense vision make him one of the best in the world.
Bastian Schweinsteiger
Bastian Schweinsteiger is a twenty six year old German player and he is thought to be in the best form of his life right now.
He gave amazing performances in the World Cup this summer and has been known to have unending stamina. The German is a very consistent player and he leads both the German national team and Bayern Munich to greatness.
Los Blancos has been rumoured to be interested in him for some time now but it is believed that Bayern Munich made it clear to them that the player was not for sale.
Andrey Arshavin
The decision of Andrey Arshavin to be on this list might seem a bit controversial but he is definitely a brilliant midfielder.
Arshavin had a leading hand in taking his team Zenit to the UEFA Cup title and he played a vital part in taking Russia to the Euro 2008 semi finals.
His performances are nothing short of brilliance and he has been so impressive this last few summers that the best clubs in the world have tried to sign him but Zenit initially refused to sell him.
Andrey Arshavin ultimately got transferred to the Gunners in the start of 2009 for a transfer fee of fifteen million Euros and is now working his charm at the Emirates.
This player contributed so much in the European endeavour that he was the man of the match in every match except for the one against Spain in the Semi Finals and made ten assists and scored four goals in that tournament.
He has already given some amazing performances for the Gunners and this includes scoring four goals at Anfield, but he does not seem to be one of Arsene Wengers favourite players as he keeps playing him out of position.
This season the player has already scored five goals and given five assists. This comes as unfortunate for Arsenal fans but it is believed by most that Arshavin still has not given his best performances at the Emirates and there are not many hopes of him giving them in the near future with Arsene Wenger at the head.
The player is still only twenty nine years old and it is thought that he will move on soon so he can earn some titles that he truly deserves.
The player actually told the media once that he wants to play for Barcelona and it is believed the he will be most welcomed at Camp Nou.
