Thierry Henry gained numerous achievements and won numerous awards over the years and he is still the third highest goal scorer in the English Premier League history and is only behind Andy Cole and Alan Shearer.
He has the highest goals scored for the Gunners and has won the golden boot in both the European stages and the Premiership. He was also named the PFA player of the year many times.
In addition, Henry was a player that was not only loved for the awards and trophies that he won but for the love he had for the game and the contributions that he made to the club.

Goalkeeper: Jens Lehmann
This German goalie was thought to be peculiar by most though no one can deny that the player had skills and was considered to be almost unbeatable. His play in the 2003-04 season was spectacular and this was also a major reason why the Gunners went unbeaten
that season.
 
Defender: Thomas Vermaelen
Thomas Vermaelen is still not thought to be one of Arsenal’s greatest players but he is still the current best defender and is touted to be Arsenal’s future captain.
Vermaelen was transferred from Ajax last season and is still in good form and trying to work his way to a trophy.
