Im going on vacation and i need a morning workout that doesnt use wieghts or any of that. just my own body wieght.

  1. push-ups

    sit-ups

    1-3 miles

    stay away from junk food and little to no soda try to have more juices and water lots of carbs and protein  


  2. go for a nice run, n umm push ups, crunches, jumping jacks.. use yer imaginations

  3. Any of the workouts on this website should be fine to use on a vacation. I would recommend the speed and agility workouts. Also, running is a great way to work out and stay fit! Have an awesome vacation :)
