Football Training Shoe Help?

I play linebacker for my high school feeder team and i want a show that will help me train the best and let me have the overall best performance on the field.

if you mean TV show then watch pro football and there training games. also there is probably a training video/D.V.D at a library.

i just saw it on tv it was called top football performance it was on channel fx you may want to look in on that it was a dvd .

im a linebacker also for my high school team and everytime i say that i dont have cleats yet my coaches tell me to get underarmor click-clacks. they will give u the best grip for any field u play on. ive had them for 2 years now, and the newest ones r the best. they will definetly give u the best overall preformance!
