Football Transfer Update: United’s manager Alex Ferguson to send Federico Macheda on loan
Latest from Manchester has revealed that the king of Red Army, Sir Alex Ferguson plans on sending the Italian forward http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Federico-Macheda-c13475 away on loan.
Rumours are rife that Ferguson will be bringing back Danny Welbeck who is currently on loan with Sunderland and the star will replace Macheda. This decision might even come as early as January, especially in Macheda’s case.
The Italian forward has grown fast out of favour especially with the summer signing of Mexican Javier Hernandez and Portuguese Bebe. Currently, the new arrivals at the club have seen themselves being promoted over Macheda.
Old Trafford, the grooming place it is for young players has seen its share of disappointments too however it is the magic of Ferguson that always turns around the careers of players and the future of club even in times of turmoil.
In a recent press release, Ferguson was found saying about Macheda that he had a conversation with his forward and they both had mutually agreed that it will better for both club and the player to play on loan.
Ferguson stated on the issue, “I had a chat with the boy. I think he's in the same position as [Danny] Welbeck and Mame Diouf. We have a clutch of young strikers at the club and that was the reason we let Danny and Mame Diouf out.”
He added, “They are young and they need games. Kiko comes into that category now.”
Ferguson expressed that he hope Macheda would have a brilliant career hence he wants to ship him out so he can have more field time and increase his capabilities. Welbeck is a perfect example of this scenario who in time has shown his worth in the English
Premier League.

The legendary manager added, “When I had a chat with Kiko I explained to him the Welbeck situation. The experience of going to another club can pan out exactly the same for him.”
