Football equipment???

ok so i just got my bottom pads like my girdle and my pants and the pads for it but my problem is i had to leave quickly so i didn't have time to put my belt on the pads or put my laces through the crotch hooks or whatever so my question is what would be the fastest way to put em on. videos would help.
