Football helmet mouth piece?

How do you put your mouth piece on your foot ball helmet?

Please i need help i'm confused

is this a serious question, well most are attached to a string so pull it apart from the mouthpiece and the put the string through the loop and then reattach it

Some leagues require that you use a mouthpiece that has a strap on it which attached to your face guard.  You have to buy the right one at the sporting goods store.  The package shows you how to hook it up.

Pull the mouthpiece off the little rope, wrap the rope around your facemask, and put the mouthpiece back on.

most people dont they just have one in there mouth, other people loop it around one of the facemask bars and connect the loop back on to itself
