I'm 5"3" i used to run a 6.00 now i have not worked out all summer and i have one month. I am 142 lb with some body fat i need to go back down to 6.00 40 I'm 6.5 now i can lift weights run everything i have a lot of experience with linebacker so I'm trying out for it. i can follow any diet necessary i need to turn as much fat in to muscle as possible in 1 month.

  1. You should have that in ordinary year round conditioning. A real athlete is always training. He even gets out in the wintery days chill to the excersizing it takes to keep in shape. Spring, summer and then the football fall season and you are in shape. There is no instant remedy but to be honest? They got guys 300lbs going to run right over you even if you are super man. Or maybe you can play golf that will be better for you maybe
