Football plays please help!?

8th grade, i have to wear a rib protector.and i hate it!! what are some exercises that i can do to make sort of like a burrier (didnt spell it right) around my rib area of muscle so everytime i get tackled (without it on) it doesn't knock the breath outta me.

  1. Take out your ribs so you wont get hurt...

Keep it on.  There are no muscles big enough to protect your ribs.  Have you ever watched Mr. Universe on TV?  You can see their ribs.  Unless you want them broken, you have to get used to them and wear the pads.  They were created for a reason.  That is like asking if you can build up your head muscles so you don't have to wear that uncomfortable helmet.
