Football ppl i need all things from catching to agility to running workouts?

my divison one defensive back coach thanks i the best db we have but i wanna push my self even further so the above things i wanna make better help me out plz

  1. I would have to say if you really want to be the high caliber DB in college you are going to some plyometrics in your workout routine.  I generally look for plyometric workouts on menshealth.com but getting a coach for that to is definitely much better.  Plyos allow you to get gain the extra gear for that extra burst of speed when you get beat and gives you a great closing speed and increases your leaping ability to intercept and deflect passes.  One of my good friends who was a DB went to Washington on scholarship and said plyometrics helped him out a lot


  2. When playing football, well, to get better at it you just have to think, playing football is like making love to a very beautiful woman; you wont always score, but when you do... it makes it all worth while. :D
