Ok football practice started today.

Since im kinda smaller than everyone else, I want to give it my all and be on top but i have one problem.

If im running really fast and I cut, it hurts really bad and running laps around the field hurts alot, and I have to limp around.

How can i fix this.

[It only hurts when I cut

  1. i had this problem buy heel and arc suports, thats what i did

  2. id get it checked out maybe u could get like a brace or something to support ur foot

  3. i had that problem when i first started playing football a few years ago. i would recommend getting arch supports/heel cushions that go in your shoes.

  4. The problem can be solved a few ways, depending on the age of your cleats and other factors.  If you have a older pair of cleats they could be worn out or have poor support.  There is a cheap fix and a more expensive fix.  The cheap way out is to invest in a quality insole, that should work well if the cleats are not too worn out.  If a insole does not work I would invest in a good quality pair of cleats and keep the insole to put in the new cleats.  I would also speak to the team trainer and see if it is anything they can help with
