ok, there is this kid thats as tall as me and my wieght, and he keeps maked a jersey pull penalty!!!! and he spins me around while grabbing my jersey!!! waht do i do god damnit!

What does "maked a jersey pull penalty' mean?  I've reffed a long time and never heard that.

However, it sounds like you need to put him on his butt a few times then see if he ever tries that again.
