What is the name of the person that kicks the ball into the goal post after a touchdown?

Hello,

The place where a touchdown is scored is called the end zone.

A person who kicks the ball INTO the goal post is called the former kicker or a free agent.  :)  A kicker  tries to kick the ball BETWEEN the goal posts and OVER the upright.  :)

The the place whereyou score a touchdown is the  End Zone, but from the twenty yard line to the End Zone is the Red Zone, and the person that kicks the ball in between the goal post is the Place Kicker.  (It's abbreviation is PK)
