  1. playing catch with a friend push ups and working out

  2. you're in middle school i imagine you wouldnt do that much passing and give the ball to the rb but i guess just throw the ball around i mean you're in middle school it really doesnt matter

  3. WHAT??!!

All you're going to do is give the RB the ball

  4. Bench press, push ups, and curls for your arms.

make sure you have good footwork, Do the ladder thing and high knees.

Quarterback is the thinking position, Make sure you know all the plays cold. You should be able to know all the positions as the head of the offense.

  5. Balance - Find ways to practice your balance, maybe a balance beam at a local gym, ask an instructor or someone on ways to help with balance.  You will need very good balance and footwork to be a QB

Pass Accuracy - Play catch with friends, have them run certain routes, practice throwing the ball on the run, work on putting the ball right on the money.  Work on your short passing game, in middle school the only time you will really be passing is on a short out route or to a RB on a swing.

Some other workouts you can do are push ups, sit ups, run up and down stairs, anything to work on your footwork, run, walk, build up your stamina. Trust me you will be handing the ball off more than anything.  Good luck kid ;)

  6. just kepp playing and practing and trhow the ball around often
