Football superstitions/good & bad luck?

Question

Like for theater performances you're never supposed to quote Macbeth

and it's good luck to have a bad dress rehearsal

but what are some stuff like that for football?

our high school fb season is starting and some of the guys on the team I know are into anything that'll help their game

I also want to know bad luck stuff so they know what not to do:)
