does any body have or know how to get cheap tickets to the Georgia Southern vs. Univ. of Georgia game on aug. 30 with out having to scalp tickets outside the stadium?

Check out Craigslist, or pony up the money to buy season tickets that way you can tickets to all the games and sell off the ones that you don't want to go to in order to make some of your money back.

Don't go to StubHub. They're a bunch of cheats.

Checkout your local newspaper, or craigslist. But scalping is still the cheapest way to find tickets. Tickets will be everywhere for the Ga. Southern game.
