Question:

Football training... my off nights?

Well, footballs up and going again... and my team practices Monday, Wednesday and friday... and games are sunday or saturday. I need a training program for the off days? also, im in peewee.. and I play either Safety or Linebacker( MLB) ... thanks in advance:)

  2. you are too young to be really working out

    play the games as hard as you can, work as hard as you during practice and rest up on your off days. watch some cartoons

    if you really want to run on your off days, and do 100 push ups and 150 sit ups. thatll help.

  3. Just rest up if you are peewee it may be too early to lift weights because it can sometimes stunt growth and your future will be more important than the peewee league is right now.  Good luck with the season!
