  1. Well you can try to stand on the edge of a curb with your toes only on the curb and move up and down. (It builds a lot of muscle fast)

  2. jump rope is a classic

  3. Definantely Jump roping! It makes your legs faster, and gives you major coordination. Baseball Players do it, Softball players do it, I do it, Football Players do it too! (some) And Boxers Definantely do it!

And also, just stand and get on your toes, then go back down, and just do that for a minute or two. Bouncing on a trampoline also helps. (it just does)

    Hope it helps! :-)

Oh, and have a look at THIS video! (it's incredible how he can do that!! And yes, he ACTUALLY HAs a jump rope in his hands.) :-)

  4. go to a boxing gym and learn

    practice stepping

    then practice stepping and punching

one drill is this (for an Orthodox stance for southpaw it is slightly different) step forward with left foot and throw a jab followed by your right foot with a cross. then going backwards first step back with your right foot and throw a jab then step back with your left foot and throw a cross. do this forward 5 times and going back 5 times then reset and keep doing it in rounds of 3 minutes and one minute rest. once you get the strait punches you can change it to upper-cuts then hooks

    jump rope

do lots of squats, do lots of squat thrusts, do lots of wall-ball shots (a squat while throwing a medicine ball against a wall).

Put a weight to the left of your foot and stand on one leg then bend down pick it up and put it in front of your foot. do this to left left, to the center, and to the right. do 10 sets of this for each leg. each set consists of 1 left, 1 center, 1 right, and then back.

  5. run or jog around the block

  6. stay on balls of feet, little wider than shoulder length, should feel like you're sitting on a bar stool, when moving forward front foot first followed by back foot, when moving backwards back foot moves first, it's better to be too wide than to have your feet to close together. The best way to get better at something is by practicing what you want to get better at, so put in the time just shaddow boxing and moving as quick as you can.
