  1. if you enjoy your football and want to play on the the ball or similiarly on the wing you need to increase your stamina. Running is certainly beneficial, always take a ball with you and that way you can practise your bouncing and dropping the ball and scooping to add variation. Increase your leg strength by doing squats and running up and down stairs but start slowly and increase gradually so you dont strain the hammy. Have fun

  2. Well playing wing your relied on to pretty much run your guts out and carry the ball, i would suggest regular running to increase fitness and sprinting to increase speed. If you want to move into the centre I would do some weight training.

  3. Well, in that position you need good stamina. I'd try to work on that  first. The best way is to start with jogging. Say about 20-30 minutes 3 times a week atleast.  If you can't start off with that, all you have to do is alternate with jogging and walking and the occasional sprint. You should aim to be able to run at least 20 minutes non stop. Oviously not straight away.Try alternating between joggin, walkin, sprintin and running.  like 5 mins jogging 1 walking, etc.

    Also watch your diet.
