For Air Transat do you chose your seats?

Hi, im going to germany in 2 weeks with my mom. And today we got our tickets, except they were just a peice of paper, and it didnt tell us where our seats were. So like do we get the tickets at the airaport or did she mess something up? and do we get to chose our seats?
