  1. ...plese don't giv them anymore ideas-i like the idea of all three-last time i checked we had the right to all three...

  2. Malboro men would say Bear arms, city boys will say cars lol

  3. Driving is a privilege and not a right. The individual states grant you the privilege and can arbitrarily revoke your license.

The right to bear arms will have a more concrete definition with a pending case before the Supreme Court this year. I would have to wait for the announcement of that case.

But, you should know this, the individual states have taken it upon themselves to license use of guns and like the driving license, many many unrelated infractions to firearms violations can prevent you being licensed to use a gun. Examples are: default student loan, possession or use of marijuana, a felony record. As it is, you must be a home- or landowner to have a gun or the permission of the landlord in those states which allow gun ownership.

  4. We might need our right to bear arms to hang on to our right to drive among other things.

  5. It is a very good question dumdum.   Wow, I guess it would depend on my state of mind and the state of America.  Since transportation is related to freedom to really enjoy life, as well as the means to get to work, and maybe even get away if necessary, I would say transportation.

  6. Armed citizenry is more important

  7. The right to bear arms. If we ever get invaded, being peacefull won't do anything but make you an easy kill for the enemy.

  8. Bear Arms - if you are well armed, you can always get a car.

  9. I don't need guns

only sissy people keep carry a gun in 2008

  10. The right to transportation is more important than the right to arms, because

    a. You are far more likely to need to use your car than your gun,

    b. Even if all guns were illegal, you could get them on the black market... black market cars would be a lot harder, and

    c. If you can't go anywhere, what are you going to do with your gun?

However, as a previous answerer pointed out, neither is really a right anymore... the government has ways of keeping people from doing both.

  11. If they take our guns, then they will come back and take our cars and homes
