For Army PT at Basic can females just have their hair in a ponytail?

Or must it still be above the collar, in a bun/braid type thing?

  2. it must be above the collar as many have mentioned I had many freinds that got brave and just cut their hair off for basic that way they didnt have to fooll with it during training

  3. As long as it's above the collar you are good to go.  I kept mine in a bun, I have very long hair.
