For Australia, Melbourne viewers only, is dodo broadband any good?

Question

anybody used dodo's $9.9 broadband? 1 G download for that price is very good? but modem is not free!

Is the connection reliable? How about the technical support?

Sorry, I am not from Melbourne but really wanted to answer this question! I have used dodo before - I would recommend that you never use them! They were very friendly when I signed up and it was all very easy and, I thought, well priced. Everything changed once they had my money - there was no service, long waiting time and the internet dropped out all of the time.

Dont go there!!!!, once they have you, it's all over, as far as service goes,you have difficulty contacting them and when you do its a call centre overseas, who are totally brainwashed and robotic and only see black and white, they don't seem to hear or comprehend what you say.......be carefull and shop around more
