  1. What's the question?  GA refers to go-around.  When that is shown on the display, engine thrust is limited to go-around power.  It can also be limited to normal takeoff power (TO), de-rated takeoff power (D-TO), climb (CLB), and so on.  I've never flown the 737, but I am 99.9% sure that when you're on an instrument approach, GA is the active thrust mode in case you need to execute a missed approach.
