For British citizens now resident in Spain?

I'm British but resident now in Spain. Can anyone tell me where I can get the equivalent of the E111 health card that is issued in the UK. As I'm now under the Spanish health system, I now need the Spanish equivalent. Do I need to go to social security office or is there somewhere else I need to go.
