  1. An EU member nation

  2. Pretty much the same as it is now. The only changes I can see maybe happening is Alberta or Quebec secceeding. Otherwise, I'm hoping there'll be greater recognition of multiculturalism and multinationalism, some sort of setup for aboriginal self-government and a better understanding of how the Charter works.

  3. I'll be dead so I'm not that worried

Hopefully Canada will be as close to today as possible, but

The US need for our resources will be a factor

North Americas decline compared to Asia will also effect our lives greatly.

Its perfect for me right now, and we live one day at a time

  4. The only changes I can see happening are to a few of the provinces, mainly, BC, Ontario, and Quebec. Everything else will probably remain the same.

  5. I live Canada ,  I really dont know ,  I hope we will be proud of Canada like now .

Anyways  u have to define in which way u r talking ,

Like u mean Canada sport in 50 years , or policy , or sercvices

  6. I think Canada will be even more diverse and multicultural than it is now.  Our population will be larger, probably getting close to 50,000,000 by then.  Many more languages and cultures will play a larger role in our society.

The Arctic Ocean and the Northwest Passage will have open water for a good shipping season every year and there will have been an international agreement to govern shipping through the passage.  There will probably be oil rigs in the high Arctic.  There will be more rad connections for communities in the Arctic.

Hockey will still be our national sport, but because summers will be longer and warmer all across the country, golf will be much more popular than it is now.  There will be more national baseball teams.

Our education system will be more national, rather than totally provincial as it is now.  It will be possible to choose to study a national curriculum.  We will have more schools of all kinds, and more universities.

Our government will have taken measures to ensure our  health care system is stronger and better than it is today.   Government and politics will be less combative and more consensual, paying more attention to good governing than to party politics.

Quebec and the rest of Canada will have settled their differences and have found a way to live together with neither feeling left out or ill at ease or disgruntled.

    I hope these thoughts help.

  7. The biggest change I see is that the Toronto Maple Leafs will win several stanley cups, or at least make it to the playoffs !!

Canada will still be cold and nice, oh and yeah, people will keep on playing hockey don't worry about that
