If you have, how were you able to start eating again? Were there medications that helped you get over the bad thoughts and eat?(I have been in a complete emetophob episode where I have not been able to get myself to eat in 3 weeks... I just started prozac again and am now taking a little risperdal to try to calm my OCD thoughts about eating. My stomach's hungry, but I can't put food in my mouth without getting nervous and wanting to gag.)Any help?
