For Fantasy Football, what is a better league size 10 teams or 12?

I am the commish and I have setup the following roster spots, 1 qb, 2rb, 2wr, 1te, 1 wr/rb, 1k, 1def, 4 bench players

I am afraid 12 league team might dilute the talent too much, what do you think?

Doesn't make a lot of difference. What makes a fun league is the guys who participate and can give/take some real smack.

I played in both 10 and 12. I enjoy the 10 person league better because you get better players, higher scores, and it just makes the matchups more interesting.

12 team leagues are more fun. If you only have 4 bench players and you start 9 other position thats only a total of 156 players. You won't dilute the talent at all. There would be some very good guys on the waiver wire.

Most leagues have around 6 or 7 bench spots and about 180 or so total players so you will be fine as far as talent goes with your set up

I believe the more teams the better.  Low numbers of teams are just too easy, you get to just get really good players and not really pay much attention.  However if you have lots of teams, you have to dig deep for talent which means that you have to pay more attention which makes it more fun.
