I'd get of course a fruit salad! Apples, bananas, all kinds of berries, cherries! I'd have too much fun there!

I think as a restaurant, it would be really limiting. I wouldn't want to sit down to a menu comprised of nothing but fruit. However, if it's in a sunny, hot climate, then a take-out place that specialized in fruit salads, cold fruit soups, or fruit smoothies would be a good idea.
